Italian manufacturer of luxurious sport-cars Ferrari has introduced its first car that works on ethanol. This event happened in the frames of the International Auto Show in the USA in January, 2008. The new Ferrari F430 Spider Biofuel is the company’s reflection to the new trend of the alternative fuel growth. From the other side, Ferrari remains the car with the powerful engine anyway.

Ferrari that is a part of the Italian concern Fiat sold 6400 new cars in 2007 that is 14% more than the previous year. The highest level of demand of the Ferrari cars was observed in China and Far East that is not a surprise.
