we can buy a good house or a new car

Have you ever asked yourself where your money goes? What takes their major part? According to a survey, the main part of our incomes is spent on food and apartment like housing utilities. Here goes around 50% of our budget. Another our concern is our clothes and footwear on which we spend a good part of our monthly income. If a family has a baby, the major part of the budget goes in his favor, of course. However, some people spending a lot for their primary needs still can save some dollars to allow themselves to buy something extra.

As statistics show, this group of people is not as big as it would have to be. It can pass some 10 years before we can buy a good house or a new car if to not take them in leasing or to not take a bank loan. However, taking into account the today’s economic instability, very few people can risk dealing with the banks.

Spam

Spam has become a part of our daily electronic life. It is very annoying but unfortunately it is invincible. Having several e-mail accounts, I have noticed the most spammed is Yahoo! It used to be my favorite but I decided to switch to something new. More than usual spam bothers when you have bad mood, when you’re sick, or when there is rain/wind/sun or any other natural disaster.

It makes us nervous and impossible. That’s why the best brains of the world try to find a solution to fight spam. It is a kind of arms race: while the spam fighters invent newer and newer methods to fight spam, the spammers improve their skills too. And there are no chances to find out who exactly send you the spam.

Lupus

Many of us tend to have a pet at home, for example domestic dogs like a shepherd. How many of us know that the dogs are the subspecies of the Genus Wolves (Lupus)

If it was possible to domesticize a wolf, I’d take one for sure. I have a dog and I love my boy very much. However, sometimes he is too sweet while he has to be tough. When thinking about having a wolf at home, I am always thinking about the cartoon Mowgli. The wolves’ pack, do you remember it? I am not talking about the entire pack because I simply don’t remember all of them but I do respect the chief of the pack. I would like to have a wolf one day when I move to a house somewhere out the city.

Egypt

Once I visited Egypt. But it was like in a dream. Now I read a lot about this civilization.

People from different countries came to ancient Egypt to get knowledge. Some of them managed to receive this knowledge and sometimes they came back home.

Having come back in their vigorous city, living among crowd of people who were under power of their passions and not understanding their true I, these enlightened people often came back via their thoughts to Egypt, to pyramids, to temples. And then sights and memoirs on the received knowledge came back to them: "The soul is a light closed by a coverlet; when there is no care of it, the light darkens and becomes dim, but when it is supported - like the lamp by oil – by sacred love, it inflames in an inextinguishable icon lamp ".

After such readings it becomes better and more joyful.

Ferrari

Italian manufacturer of luxurious sport-cars Ferrari has introduced its first car that works on ethanol. This event happened in the frames of the International Auto Show in the USA in January, 2008. The new Ferrari F430 Spider Biofuel is the company’s reflection to the new trend of the alternative fuel growth. From the other side, Ferrari remains the car with the powerful engine anyway.

Ferrari that is a part of the Italian concern Fiat sold 6400 new cars in 2007 that is 14% more than the previous year. The highest level of demand of the Ferrari cars was observed in China and Far East that is not a surprise.

Which UAE citizen wouldn’t like to drive their own Ferrari having the Ferrari Park on their territory? It sounds to be very prestigious, even if the Arabians have to wait some months for the car to arrive.

how many

It's interesting, how many trees are cut down in a year on our planet? And how much of them are planted? Only for manufacture of paper or Chinese chopsticks several millions of trees per year are cut down!

Let's take, for example, manufacture and sale of computers. It would seem, the computer should reduce quantity of paper work. But did you face the book-keeping which exists in any company producing accessories for computers? At their transportation, sale - everywhere there is a book-keeping with a heap of paper work.

So we again move not forward, to progress, but to simplification of physical work - and no more. And we still continue to cut down woods. Faster and faster!

Recruiting business has experienced considerable changes with the Internet expansion all over the world. Now, if you need a job, you don’t need to go to an agency anymore. Go on-line, open a website of the recruiting agency, and send your CV to them. As simple as that. It goes even further with the vacancies’ ads posted in the on-line games.

Who could ever think about the possibility to hire people while they are playing or gaming? It would sound ridiculous in the middle of the 20^th century but now it’s a common practice for such an organization like Intelligence Corps! Here how the progress works…

the real estate business

The real estate business… These three words sound magnificent to any businessman. And magical, of course! Too much money is in this business that’s why it is so appealing. It is not always profitable; there are bad times here too. But it happens quite rarely, and you always can return your money later. This is what will happen to the London’s City this year.

It will be very interesting to observe the investments boom in London next years. It wasn’t the case of 2007 but time will show us whether the UK real estate and commercial offices of the City are still attractive to the investors and the businesspeople willing to have their branch in London.
